2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.

   • Partial Refund (75%): If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, you will be refunded 75% of the service fee.

   • Partial Refund (50% Charge): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will be charged 50% of the service fee.
